iring: Business Analyst – Controls Agent Strategic

? Location: Bangalore/ Gurgaon/ NCR

? Experience: 6+

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support a strategic Controls Agent initiative , working closely with Business, Risk, Compliance, Controls, Technology, Data, AI, and Audit stakeholders.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Banking / Financial Services, Risk, Compliance, Controls or Governance , along with the ability to translate complex business and control requirements into clear, actionable technology requirements.

? Key Responsibilities

• Work with Business, Risk, Compliance, Controls, Technology and Audit stakeholders to define requirements for the Controls Agent initiative

• Understand existing control frameworks, processes, policies, risks and regulatory requirements and identify opportunities for automation and AI enablement

• Define business requirements, functional requirements, user stories, process flows and acceptance criteria

• Identify and document control use cases covering control monitoring, evidence collection, exception identification, remediation tracking and control testing

• Analyze current-state processes and design future-state processes using automation and AI capabilities

• Work with Product and Technology teams to define required data, integrations, workflows and user journeys

• Define business rules, control logic, decision criteria, alerts, exceptions and escalation workflows

• Prioritize use cases based on business value, risk reduction, feasibility and regulatory impact

- Coordinate with Risk, Compliance, Internal Audit, Data, AI and Engineering teams

• Support UAT planning, test case development, execution, defect management and business sign-off

• Define KPIs and success measures to evaluate the effectiveness of the Controls Agent





• Ensure appropriate governance, auditability, explainability, access controls and human oversight for AI-enabled controls

- Prepare requirements documentation, process flows, stakeholder presentations and implementation materials

? Must-Have Skills

✅ Strong experience as a Business Analyst

✅ Banking / Financial Services / Risk / Compliance / Controls / Governance experience

✅ Strong understanding of Risk & Control Frameworks, Control Testing, Risk Assessments, Issues/Exceptions and Remediation

✅ Strong experience gathering and documenting complex business & functional requirements

✅ Expertise in Process Mapping, Workflow Analysis, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria & UAT

✅ Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

✅ Experience working with Agile/Scrum teams

✅ Solid analytical and problem-solving skills

? Good to Have

• Experience with AI / GenAI / Intelligent Agents / Automation / Decision-Support solutions

• Experience in AI Governance, Model Risk, Responsible AI or Controls Automation

• Knowledge of GRC platforms and enterprise control frameworks

• Experience with SQL, Power BI or Tableau

• Experience delivering strategic transformation programs within Banking / Financial Services

• Understanding of regulatory requirements and audit expectations
