About the Company

DynamaxTerra is offering a structured remote internship for college students and freshers who want to begin a career in business analysis. The internship provides practical exposure to business requirements, data analysis, process improvement, market research, reporting, and decision-making using real-world business scenarios.

Responsibilities

- Assist in gathering, documenting, and analyzing business requirements.
- Work with team members to understand business problems, objectives, and project requirements.
- Conduct market, competitor, and industry research to identify business opportunities.
- Collect, organize, clean, and analyze business data from relevant sources.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, presentations, and business insights for internal teams.
- Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Assist in creating Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), and process documentation.
- Work with stakeholders to understand their requirements and communicate findings effectively.
- Use tools such as Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms for data analysis and reporting.
- Track key business and project performance indicators and assist in preparing performance reports.
- Identify trends, patterns,



and insights from business and operational data.
- Assist in developing data-driven recommendations to support business decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and remote teams to complete assigned tasks and deliverables on time.
- Maintain proper documentation of analysis, findings, processes, and project requirements.

Requirements
- Suitable for college students and freshers with an interest in business analysis, data analysis, management, finance, economics, business administration, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of business analysis concepts and business processes.
- Basic knowledge of data analysis and interpretation is beneficial.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools is beneficial.
- Basic understanding of SQL and databases is an advantage.
- Positive analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to conduct research and identify meaningful business insights.
- Strong attention to detail and logical thinking.
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into clear documentation.
- Willingness to learn new business analysis tools, techniques, and technologies.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing deadlines responsibly.

This is a paid, remote internship with a duration of 3 months and a performance-based stipend of up to ₹10,000 .
