About the Role i2Global is a fast-growing EdTech company offering education programs, training courses, and franchise opportunities. We're looking for a motivated and persuasive Business Development Executive to turn interested leads into qualified prospects. You'll make outbound calls, counsel prospective clients, and schedule virtual meetings with our Business Development Manager for closure.

Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to assigned leads and introduce i2Global's services

- Counsel prospective clients on our education programs, franchise opportunities, and training courses

- Identify serious prospects and schedule virtual meetings with the Business Development Manager

- Share key customer objections and lead status updates with the sales team regularly

- Record lead status, call remarks, and follow-up actions accurately in the CRM

- Achieve daily and monthly calling and qualification targets

- Coordinate with the marketing and sales teams for smooth lead handling

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any field

- 6 months to 1 year of experience in telecalling, lead generation,



or inside sales (EdTech experience preferred)

- Excellent communication and listening skills

- Fluent in English and at least one regional language (Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, or Kannada preferred)

- Goal-driven, with a strong sense of ownership and urgency

- Secure work history (at least 1 year in your current or previous role preferred)

- Basic knowledge of CRM tools or Google Sheets is an advantage.

- Willingness to work six days a week.
