Job Summary i2Global is looking for a performance-driven Business Development Manager to join its dynamic team. The selected candidate will be responsible for B2C sales, converting qualified leads from parents, students, and individual learners into successful closures. This role requires strong counseling skills, a sound understanding of the education industry, and a consistent focus on monthly revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities

- Engage with potential customers (parents, students, and individual learners) provided by the company.

- Counsel prospects effectively by understanding their needs and presenting suitable i2Global offerings.

- Drive B2C sales closures through follow-ups, virtual meetings, and negotiations with prospects showing high conversion intent.

- Collaborate with internal teams to schedule demos, resolve queries, and ensure smooth onboarding.

- Maintain accurate records of conversations, progress status, and closure details in the CRM system.

- Meet or exceed monthly revenue and conversion targets as per the sales plan.





- Report daily progress and conversion metrics to the reporting manager.

Qualifications and Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any field.

- Minimum 1 year of experience in B2C sales or counseling roles (EdTech or education sector experience preferred).

- Excellent communication and persuasive skills.

- Ability to work under pressure, with strong follow-up and negotiation techniques.

- Familiarity with CRM tools, email communication, and Google Sheets.

- Willingness to work six days a week.
