- Operate buffing, polishing, and finishing machines according to work instructions.
- Inspect parts before and after buffing to ensure required surface finish and quality standards.
- Select appropriate buffing wheels, compounds, and polishing materials.
- Remove scratches, burrs, oxidation, and surface imperfections from products.
- Perform routine machine setup, cleaning, and basic maintenance.
- Monitor machine performance and report any malfunctions or defects.
- Measure and verify finished products using inspection tools and gauges.
- Follow safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Maintain production records and quality documentation.
- Keep the work area clean and organized following 5S standards.
Pay: Up to ₹400,000.00 per year
