Job Summary

Responsible for preparing and serving quality coffee and other beverages, maintaining beverage preparation standards, and ensuring excellent customer service while adhering to hygiene and food safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages as per prescribed standards.

- Operate and maintain coffee machines and related equipment.

- Ensure consistency in beverage quality, presentation, and taste.

- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the beverage preparation area.

- Monitor inventory, stock levels, and consumption of beverage ingredients.

- Follow food safety procedures and company operational policies.

- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely service.

- Handle customer requests and resolve basic service-related concerns.





- Minimize wastage and ensure proper storage of ingredients.

Qualifications & Experience

- Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary; relevant hospitality training preferred.

- Prior experience in coffee preparation, barista services, or beverage operations preferred.

- Good communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
