We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Social Media Manager to strengthen our digital presence and engage with our growing audience.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Develop and execute comprehensive brand marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and market share
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends, customer preferences, and growth opportunities
- Define product positioning, pricing inputs, and promotional strategies to improve brand performance
- Lead digital marketing initiatives including social media, content marketing, SEO/SEM, and overall online brand presence.
- Plan and manage integrated marketing campaigns across online and offline channels
- Collaborate closely with sales and distribution teams to align brand initiatives with revenue objectives
- Manage advertising, PR, exhibitions, dealer branding, and media planning activities
- Drive new product launches with strong go-to-market planning and impactful branding execution
- Coordinate with design and creative teams for marketing collaterals, packaging, and visual identity
- Manage external agencies, vendors,



and marketing partners
- Track brand KPIs, campaign ROI, and performance metrics; recommend optimization strategies
- Manage and monitor marketing budgets effectively.

Key Requirements

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in brand marketing (sanitaryware / tiles / building materials preferred
- Proven experience in brand strategy, campaign management, and digital marketin
- Robust understanding of consumer behavior and competitive landscape
- Experience handling multi-channel marketing campaigns and budget
- Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally and lead initiatives independently
- Proficiency in marketing tools, analytics platforms, and CRM system.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in D2C Brand Marketing within sanitaryware / building materials segments
- Exposure to dealer marketing, retail branding, and channel promotions
- Knowledge of e-commerce and influencer collaborations
- Strong creative and strategic thinking ability
