About the Role

Unmask Studio is hiring an experienced Brand Acquisition Manager – Influencer Marketing & Brand Partnershipsto secure paid influencer marketing campaigns, acquire brand clients, and develop long-term business relationships.

We are looking for professionals with an existing network of brands, marketing decision-makers, PR agencies, and influencer marketing agencies who can independently generate and close business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Acquire paid influencer marketing campaigns and brand briefs.
- Connect with brand managers, CMOs, marketing heads, and advertising agencies.
- Generate qualified leads and secure new brand partnerships.
- Pitch Unmask Studio's influencer marketing and digital marketing services.
- Negotiate campaign budgets, deliverables, and commercial agreements.
- Maintain relationships with existing brands and secure repeat campaigns.
- Coordinate with our internal influencer and campaign management teams.

Required Skills & Experience
- Experience in influencer marketing, brand acquisition, business development, or agency partnerships.
- Existing qualified network within brands, advertising agencies,



or influencer marketing agencies.
- Proven ability to source campaign briefs and close deals.
- Strong communication, networking, negotiation, and client acquisition skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Compensation – 100% Commission-Based
- 20% commission on Unmask Studio's net earnings from every successfully acquired and closed campaign.
- Net earnings are calculated after influencer/creator payouts and direct campaign expenses.
- No fixed salary, monthly retainer, or guaranteed income.
- Fully remote with flexible working arrangements.
- Earnings depend entirely on successful campaign acquisitions.
