Role Description The Brand Experience Designer is a full-time remote role responsible for shaping cohesive, impactful brand experiences across digital channels. This role includes translating brand strategy into visual and interactive concepts, designing assets for social media and other touchpoints, and ensuring consistency in tone, look, and feel. Day-to-day tasks involve collaborating with marketing and copywriting teams, applying design thinking to solve brand and communication challenges, and iterating on concepts based on feedback and performance data.

The Brand Experience

Designer will also contribute to user-focused journeys,



refine brand guidelines, and support campaign planning to enhance engagement and lead generation.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Design Thinking and User Experience (UX) skills to create intuitive, audience-centered brand experiences.
- Candidates should possess Visual Design and Interaction Design skills to craft compelling, consistent, and engaging digital assets.
- Candidates should possess Instructional Design skills to structure content and brand narratives in clear, persuasive, and accessible ways.
- Proficiency with up-to-date design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, or equivalent) and familiarity with social media and digital marketing environments.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and time-management abilities, with comfort working independently in a remote setting.
- Relevant experience in brand design, digital design, or UX; a portfolio showcasing brand and experience design work is strongly preferred.
- Post-secondary education in design, communication, or a related field is beneficial but equivalent professional experience is also valued.
