We are seeking a Branch Sales Manager for Home Loans to join our team in a reputed Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC). The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the sales of home loans and loan against property (LAP) products in the Mumbai region, specifically in locations such as Panvel, Ghatkopar, Palghar, and Thane. In this role, you will lead a team of sales professionals, driving the sales strategy and ensuring that targets are met.

You will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored financial solutions. Additionally, you will oversee the loan application process, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities include

- Managing the sales team and setting sales targets.
- Developing and implementing sales strategies for home loans and LAP.
