Role Description This is a full time, on-site Branch Manager role based in Chennai.

The Branch

Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, including managing staff, setting performance goals, and ensuring service quality for students and families. The role involves supervising counseling activities, monitoring application and visa processing workflows, and ensuring adherence to company policies and compliance requirements.

Manager will drive business development through local outreach, partnerships, and marketing initiatives,



while tracking branch performance and reporting to senior management. This role also includes coaching and mentoring team members, resolving escalated student or parent issues, and maintaining a positive, inclusive, and customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

- Strong leadership and team management skills, including staff supervision, performance monitoring, and mentoring.
- Customer service and relationship management skills, with the ability to handle student and parent queries and resolve escalations effectively.
- Operational and administrative skills, including branch planning, process oversight, documentation, and compliance with company policies.
- Sales and business development skills, such as local networking, partnership building, and executing marketing or outreach activities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English; additional regional or foreign languages are an advantage.
- Analytical and organizational skills for tracking branch metrics, preparing reports, and using CRM or office productivity tools.
- Prior experience in overseas education consulting, counseling, or service-oriented sectors is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, education, or a related field; advanced qualifications are an added advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Chennai and maintain a professional, inclusive, and student-centric work culture.
