What you will do: The Branch Manager will oversee the daily operations of the Chennai branch, ensuring efficient delivery of counseling and support services to prospective students and families.

Responsibilities include leading and mentoring the counseling and administrative teams, setting performance targets, monitoring branch metrics, and implementing strategies to grow student enrollments and institutional partnerships. The role involves managing student inquiries, supervising counseling quality, ensuring adherence to company policies, and maintaining high standards of customer service and ethical practices.

The Branch

Manager will coordinate local marketing activities,



build relationships with schools, colleges, and other stakeholders, and represent the branch at events, seminars, and outreach programs. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai.

What you will bring: Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, with the ability to coach, motivate, and develop staff in a target-driven environment.

- Strong operations and process management capabilities, including experience with branch administration, performance monitoring, and workflow optimization.
- Proficiency in client relationship management, with excellent customer service skills and a student-centered approach to counseling and support.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, including transparent spoken and written English and the ability to present information to groups.
- Business development and local marketing experience, preferably in education, training, or consultancy services.
- Sound decision-making, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills, with attention to detail and a focus on ethical practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Management, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
- Prior experience in overseas education consulting, counseling, or branch management in the education sector is highly beneficial.
- Comfort with basic office software, CRM systems, and online communication tools used for student engagement and reporting.
- Ability to work on-site in Chennai and adapt to a fast-paced environment with occasional extended hours during peak admission periods.
