Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and result-oriented Branch Manager to oversee overall branch operations, manage staff, ensure accurate financial transactions, maintain regulatory compliance, and deliver excellent member service.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage overall branch operations, including administration, customer service, sales, and staff management.

- Supervise and review cashier transactions, including member deposits, withdrawals, and other financial transactions.

- Ensure daily reconciliation of transactions, proper cash management, and accurate maintenance of financial records.

- Prepare and submit daily branch reports to the Operations Team.

- Train, guide, and motivate branch employees to achieve business targets and maintain operational efficiency.

- Conduct induction and onboarding of new employees.

- Address member queries, complaints, and employee concerns promptly.

- Promote the society’s products and services to existing and prospective members.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, applicable regulations,



and security procedures.

- Maintain confidentiality of member information and safeguard the society’s assets.

- Identify operational challenges and implement corrective actions to improve branch performance.

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduate in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Relevant experience in banking, financial services, or cooperative credit societies preferred.

- Previous experience in branch operations and team management will be an added advantage.
