Job Summary

Shashwatlaxmi Urban Nidhi Ltd. is looking for an experienced and dynamic Branch Manager to oversee branch operations, drive business growth, manage sales performance, and supervise loan operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, team management experience, and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities

Branch Operations

Manage day-to-day branch operations efficiently.

Ensure smooth functioning of all branch activities.

Monitor operational compliance and service quality.

Maintain branch records and reports.

Sales & Business Development

Drive branch business growth and achieve sales targets.

Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve performance goals.

Promote company products including FD, DD, MI, and Loan products.

Develop strategies to increase customer acquisition and business volume.

Loan Department Management

Oversee the complete loan process from verification to disbursement.

Review loan applications and documentation.

Ensure proper customer verification and compliance procedures.

Monitor loan recovery and portfolio performance.

Customer Relationship Management

Handle premium and high-value customers.

Resolve customer concerns and maintain strong client relationships.

Ensure excellent customer service standards across the branch.





Eligibility

Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).

Minimum 6+ years of experience in Banking, NBFC, Finance, Insurance, or Branch Operations.

Prior experience in team handling and branch management preferred.

Required Skills
