Job Summary The Branch Manager is responsible for the overall management of the branch, including daily operations, lead management, sales and revenue growth, team performance, patient satisfaction, and achievement of monthly business targets. The role requires effective coordination with doctors, clinic staff, telecalling, and marketing teams to ensure smooth operations and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Branch Operations: Manage daily branch activities and ensure smooth functioning of the clinic in accordance with company standards.
- Lead Management: Monitor all leads generated through digital marketing, telecalling, referrals, walk-ins, and other sources. Ensure proper lead allocation, timely follow-ups, and regular status updates.
- Lead Conversion: Track lead-to-appointment, appointment-to-visit, and visit-to-treatment conversion rates. Identify reasons for lost leads and implement strategies to improve conversions.
- Business Development: Achieve monthly branch revenue targets by improving patient footfall, consultations, treatment bookings, and customer retention.
- Team Management: Supervise, guide, and monitor doctors, receptionists, telecallers, and other branch employees. Ensure accountability and productivity across the team.
- Patient Relationship Management: Ensure quality customer service, handle complaints, maintain patient relationships, and improve patient satisfaction.
- Performance Monitoring: Review daily reports, lead follow-ups, employee productivity, appointment bookings,



and conversion performance.
- Marketing Coordination: Coordinate with the marketing and telecalling teams to manage campaign leads, improve lead quality, and maximize business opportunities.
- Financial and Inventory Management: Monitor branch revenue, billing, expenses, cash handling, stock availability, and daily financial reports.
- Reporting and Compliance: Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to management covering leads, conversions, revenue, staff performance, and branch operations. Ensure compliance with company policies, hygiene standards, and applicable healthcare regulations.

Qualifications
- Any bachelor's degree; MBA or Hospital/Healthcare Management preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in branch management, clinic operations, sales, or healthcare administration preferred.
- Experience in dermatology, cosmetology, hair and skin care, or hospital operations is an added advantage.
- Strong leadership, communication, team management, and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of Excel, CRM tools, lead tracking, and performance reporting.
