We’re Hiring | Branch Manager – Home Loans

Experience: 3–7 Years
Industry: Home Loans / Housing Finance
We are looking for an experienced Branch Manager to drive home loan business, manage branch operations, and lead a sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate business and achieve branch sales targets.
- Manage, train, and monitor the sales team.
- Conduct field visits, customer meetings, and market mapping.
- Coordinate with credit teams for loan approvals.
- Monitor collections, portfolio quality, NPA risk, and PDD closure.
- Ensure proper documentation, audits, and compliance.
Requirements:
- Mandatory experience in the Home Loan / Housing Finance industry.
- Strong sales, team management, and branch operations skills.
- Good understanding of loan processing and credit parameters.
- Robust communication and local market knowledge.
