Experience Required: Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Branch Manager in the mobile accessories or IT products industry.

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Branch Manager to oversee branch operations in the mobile accessories and IT products industry. The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years of experience in a similar managerial role, strong team management skills, and a proven ability to drive sales, manage inventory, and maintain excellent customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the overall daily operations of the branch to ensure smooth business activities.
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to achieve business targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
- Manage sales of mobile accessories, electronic gadgets, computer accessories, and IT products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesalers, retailers, distributors, and key customers.
- Monitor branch performance, sales reports, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Oversee inventory management, stock replenishment, and product availability.
- Ensure proper handling of orders, invoices, payments, and sales documentation.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands.
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints professionally.




- Train and guide team members to improve product knowledge and sales performance.
- Maintain branch discipline and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with senior management regarding business performance and operational requirements.

Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Branch Manager in mobile accessories, electronics, or IT products.
- Strong knowledge of mobile accessories, electronic products, and IT equipment.
- Proven experience in managing a sales team and branch operations.
- Excellent leadership, team management, and decision-making skills.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management abilities.
- Experience in wholesale and retail sales is an advantage.
- Knowledge of inventory control, sales reporting, and business operations.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to meet sales targets and improve branch profitability.
- Proactive, responsible, and results-driven attitude.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing a mobile accessories or IT products showroom, distribution outlet, or wholesale branch.
- Knowledge of market development and business expansion.
- Experience using sales management software, inventory systems, and reporting tools.
