Branch Manager – Jobs and Responsibilities

1. Branch Operations: Manage the overall functioning of the branch, supervise team leaders and staff, and ensure smooth coordination between departments.
2. Business Development: Set and monitor branch sales and revenue targets, develop strategies to increase client conversions, and identify opportunities for business growth.
3. Staff and Client Management: Oversee employee performance, recruitment coordination, and training while handling major client complaints and maintaining customer satisfaction.
4. Financial Management and Compliance: Monitor branch revenue, expenses, collections, and profitability while ensuring immigration services follow applicable laws, company policies, and ethical standards.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
