2–3 years of sales experience in NBFC, Banking or Forex

Requirements

Strong knowledge of Gold Loans, Vehicle Loans and Forex operations

Proficiency in Malayalam and English

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Strong team-handling and leadership abilities

Valuable knowledge of the local market and geography

Target-oriented and result-driven

Key Responsibilities

Drive sales and business development for Gold Loans, Vehicle Loans and Forex.

Lead, motivate and manage the branch sales team.

Build relationships with customers and local business networks.

Identify new markets and conduct local marketing activities.

Ensure proper KYC, documentation and compliance.

Monitor loan disbursements and support portfolio/collection activities where required.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
