Only candidates with prior experience in the Gold Loan business of NBFCs are eligible to apply

- Manage the overall operations of the branch and ensure achievement of gold loan business targets, portfolio growth and profitability.

- Supervise and guide branch employees to ensure efficient operations, productivity and quality customer service.

- Ensure proper gold appraisal, loan processing, documentation, sanction and disbursement in accordance with company policies.

- Ensure strict compliance with KYC norms, RBI guidelines, statutory requirements and internal control procedures.

- Monitor daily collections, interest recovery, loan renewals, overdue accounts and matured loan follow-ups.

- Maintain proper control over branch cash, gold custody, protected operations and security procedures.

- Conduct customer acquisition activities, develop local business relationships and implement strategies to expand the branch's business.

- Prepare and submit periodic MIS reports, address audit observations and ensure timely rectification of operational lapses and irregularities.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
