We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Branch Manager for our Agency Channel in the life insurance sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the branch's operations, driving sales, and leading a team of insurance agents to achieve the business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the branch's daily operations to ensure smooth functioning.
- Develop and implement effective business strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Recruit, train, and mentor agents to enhance their performance and productivity.
- Monitor market trends and competition to identify opportunities for growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.




- Prepare and analyze reports to track branch performance and implement improvements.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the insurance industry, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Robust knowledge of life insurance products and regulations.
- Proven track record in sales management and business development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
