Job Title: Branch Head

Location: Pune, Maharashtra

Experience Required: 13-15 Years (Minimum)

Salary: No Bar for the Right Candidate

Position Overview The Branch Head will be responsible for the overall management and performance of the Pune branch. This includes overseeing sales, operations, administration, client relationships, and team leadership. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of managing large teams, driving business growth, and maintaining high operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the entire branch operations, ensuring profitability and performance excellence.
- Oversee and guide the sales team, including Sales Managers, to achieve business targets and expand the customer base.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day administration and operational efficiency across all departments.
- Maintain and nurture key client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Develop and implement branch-level business strategies aligned with company goals.
- Drive revenue growth through business development, upselling, and cross-selling initiatives.
- Monitor financial performance, budgets, and cost controls for the branch.
- Recruit, train, and mentor branch staff to ensure strong leadership succession and performance culture.




- Coordinate with senior management and other branches to ensure alignment of business objectives and brand standards.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory requirements, and operational guidelines.

Requirements

- 13-15 years of experience in branch management, business operations, or regional leadership roles.
- Strong background in sales leadership, administration, and client relationship management.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and deliver business results.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and people management skills.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on leadership approach.
- Experience in Real Estate, F&B;, retail, or service industry preferred (though not mandatory).
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Pune.
