We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual for the role of Branch Head in our Loyalty Channel division. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving sales and enhancing customer loyalty within the life insurance sector.

The Branch

Head will lead a team, manage operations, and develop strategies to meet and exceed business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Leadership and Management:
- Provide strong leadership to the branch team, motivating and guiding them to achieve targets.
- Conduct regular training and development sessions to enhance team performance.
- Sales Strategy:
- Develop and implement sales strategies for the loyalty channel to achieve revenue growth.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain relationships with high-value clients to enhance customer loyalty.
- Address customer concerns and feedback promptly to improve service quality.
- Performance Monitoring:
- Set performance metrics for the team and monitor progress through regular reviews.




- Prepare and present performance reports to senior management.
- Branch Operations:
- Oversee day-to-day branch operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Manage budgets and resources efficiently to optimize branch performance.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with other divisions (marketing, underwriting, etc.) to ensure alignment and support for business initiatives.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and innovation.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales and management, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
