Job Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day branch operations and customer enquiries.
- Assist customers with gold loan applications, documentation, and KYC verification.
- Support gold loan processing and coordinate with the concerned team for gold valuation and loan disbursement.
- Maintain customer records, transaction details, and branch documentation.
- Build solid customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Support business development activities and achieve branch targets.
- Follow company policies, operational procedures, and applicable financial compliance requirements.
Eligibility Criteria
- Any graduate can apply.
- Freshers are welcome.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Willingness to learn financial operations and gold loan procedures.
- Candidates should be willing to work at any of the assigned Surat branches.
