- Manage overall branch operations and daily activities.

- Lead and monitor Sales, Credit & Collection teams.

- Achieve branch business, disbursement and collection targets.

- Ensure proper customer handling and process compliance.

- Monitor team performance and maintain discipline.

- Coordinate with Head Office and submit regular reports.

- Drive branch growth while ensuring company policies are followed.

- Handle escalations and resolve operational issues effectively.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
