Branch Credit Manager (BCM)

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise the overall credit operations of the branch.

- Evaluate and approve loan applications as per company credit policies.

- Conduct thorough credit appraisal and assess the creditworthiness of customers.

- Verify customer documents, income, banking details, and other relevant information.

- Ensure proper field verification and adherence to company processes.

- Monitor portfolio quality and identify potential credit risks.

- Coordinate with the Sales and Operations teams for smooth loan processing.

- Ensure timely completion of credit documentation and disbursement processes.

- Maintain compliance with company policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements.

- Handle and resolve credit-related queries and issues at the branch level.

Eligibility





- Graduation is mandatory.

- Experience in secured lending / credit underwriting is preferred.

- Candidates with relevant experience in NBFCs or financial institutions will be preferred.

- Good analytical, communication, and decision-making skills.

Experience

- Relevant experience in Credit / Loan Underwriting / Secured Lending.

- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply, depending on the requirement.
