Branch Credit Manager (BCM)

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise the credit operations of the branch.

- Evaluate loan applications and assess customers’ creditworthiness.

- Conduct detailed credit analysis and verify customer documents.

- Ensure proper compliance with company credit policies and guidelines.

- Coordinate with the Sales and Operations teams for smooth loan processing.

- Monitor the quality of the loan portfolio and minimize credit risk.

- Conduct field visits and customer/business verification whenever required.

- Ensure timely completion of credit processes and documentation.

- Maintain accurate credit records and MIS reports.

Eligibility

- Graduation is mandatory.





- Experience in secured lending / credit assessment is preferred.

- Good knowledge of credit appraisal and financial analysis.

- Solid communication and decision-making skills.

- Candidates with relevant experience in NBFC/Banking/Financial Services can apply.

Experience

- Relevant experience in Credit/Underwriting, preferably in secured loans.

- Both Freshers and Experienced Candidates may apply, if applicable.
