Hiring: BPO Sales Trainer
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct training sessions for new and existing employees in BPO sales processes.
- Train agents on sales techniques, communication skills, and customer handling.
- Monitor trainee performance and provide feedback.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and improve sales performance.
- Coordinate with the operations team to achieve business targets.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Trainer in a BPO sales process.
- Solid communication and presentation skills.
- Good knowledge of sales processes and training methods.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
