Roles and Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to clients to generate leads and convert them into paying customers.

- Identify potential customers' needs and provide solutions through effective communication.

- Meet daily/weekly targets set by the management while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

- Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and objectives.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 1-4 years of experience in BPO sales or telesales industry.

- 12th pass/ Bachelor's degree in any discipline

- Excellent English communication
