Job Overview

We are looking for a customer-oriented Wedding Booking Manager to manage wedding enquiries, venue bookings, client relationships, and event coordination. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle enquiries for wedding venues, packages, and event services.
- Communicate with prospective clients and understand their requirements.
- Explain wedding packages, pricing, facilities, and available services.
- Arrange venue visits and client meetings.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and booking documents.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert enquiries into bookings.
- Maintain booking records, customer databases, and event calendars.
- Coordinate with catering, decoration, housekeeping,



and operations teams.
- Ensure timely collection of booking advances and payments.
- Maintain solid relationships with clients and vendors.
- Assist in planning event schedules and coordinating client requirements.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally.
- Achieve monthly booking and revenue targets.

Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in event management, hospitality sales, or wedding bookings.
- Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
- Good negotiation and sales abilities.
- Knowledge of event coordination and booking procedures.
- Proficiency in Excel and basic documentation.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines.
- Willingness to work on weekends and during events.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
