Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for a BoQ and Quotation Specialist. The role involves preparing detailed Bills of Quantities (BoQs), cost estimates, and quotations for interior architecture, signage, and turnkey projects.

The specialist will analyze drawings, specifications, and design documentation to quantify materials, labor, and services, and will coordinate with design, project management, and procurement teams to ensure accuracy and alignment with project requirements. Daily responsibilities include updating and maintaining cost databases, revising BoQs and quotations as designs evolve, and supporting tender submissions and client proposals.



The role also includes monitoring market rates, optimizing cost structures, and contributing to value engineering to support competitive and reliable project pricing.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in quantity take-offs, BoQ preparation, and cost estimation for interior, signage, and architectural projects.
- Candidates should possess skills in analyzing drawings, reading specifications, and working with AutoCAD or similar tools for measurement and documentation.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in MS Excel and related software for costing, quotation formatting, data tracking, and report generation.
- Candidates should possess skills in vendor coordination, rate analysis, and market research for materials, finishes, and services.
- Candidates should possess solid attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and the ability to work with deadlines in a fast-paced project environment.
- Candidates should possess effective communication and collaboration skills to work closely with design, project, and sales teams, and to clarify requirements with clients when needed.
- Relevant experience in interior fit-outs, signage, construction, or allied fields, with prior exposure to turnkey projects or commercial interiors, is highly beneficial.
- A diploma or degree in civil engineering, architecture, interior design, quantity surveying, or a related discipline is preferred, along with familiarity with tendering processes and basic contractual terms.
