Role & responsibilities

- Execute migration activities from BMC Remedy ITSM to BMC Helix platform.

- Implement and configure BMC Helix solutions including Smart IT, Digital Workplace, Discovery, and CMDB.

- Design, develop, and support REST/SOAP API integrations with third-party applications.

- Perform platform configuration, customization, testing, and deployment.

- Validate migrated data, workflows, and integrations to ensure seamless functionality.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues as Level 3 Support.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders during migration and implementation projects.

- Prepare technical documentation, deployment guides, and support artifacts.

- Work on cloud-based Helix environments using AWS/Azure, Docker, and Kubernetes.

- Ensure adherence to ITIL processes and service management best practices.
