Department: Transfusion Medicine & Blood Bank
Experience: 2 Years (Experience in blood collection, component separation, and cross-matching in a tertiary care or oncology setup is preferred)
Education: B.Sc in Medical Laboratory Technology (B.Sc MLT) or Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT) / Certificate Course in Blood Bank Technology from a recognized institution
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: B.Sc MLT / DMLT with specialized training/experience in Blood Bank operations.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in a licensed blood center/transfusion medicine department.
- Skills:
- Expertise in blood grouping, cross-matching, and component separation techniques.
- Proficiency in handling blood bank automation systems and Blood Bank Management Software (BBMS).
- Strict adherence to infection control protocols and biosafety measures.
