Roles and Responsibilities :
- Collect blood samples from patients and donors for testing and processing.
- Perform various laboratory tests on collected blood samples to ensure quality and safety.
- Maintain accurate records of test results, patient information, and inventory management in the blood bank database.
- Assist medical professionals with procedures such as phlebotomy (blood collection) and plateletpheresis (platelet collection).
Job Requirements :
- 1-4 years of experience in a hospital setting or related field.
- Strong knowledge of pathology principles, lab testing techniques, and healthcare regulations.
- Ability to work effectively in a rapid-paced environment with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in typing skills with ability to maintain confidentiality.
