To manage and control the overall Bodyshop operations, ensuring efficient vehicle repair, high-quality workmanship, customer satisfaction, optimum productivity, profitability, and timely delivery of vehicles in line with Honda standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Solid knowledge of automobile body repair and painting processes.
- Good understanding of insurance and accident repair procedures.
- Strong leadership and team-management skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Target-oriented and commercially focused.
- Strong customer-handling and communication skills.
- Ability to manage pressure and multiple priorities.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and workshop management systems.
- Ability to analyse operational and financial reports.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
