Job Overview

We are looking for experienced BIM Specialists / BIM Modelers with 3–5 years of experience in Electrical, Mechanical/HVAC, or Plumbing BIM modeling to join our project team in Kanjur, Mumbai.

The ideal candidate should have robust hands-on experience in BIM modeling, preparation of coordinated models, drawing production, and multidisciplinary coordination using Autodesk Revit.

This position is strictly for candidates who are willing and available to work from our Kanjur, Mumbai location.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain accurate MEP BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
- Work on Electrical, Mechanical/HVAC, or Plumbing BIM modeling based on project requirements.
- Prepare detailed BIM models and coordinated layouts as per design drawings and project standards.
- Produce accurate 2D drawings, layouts, sections, and detailed drawings from BIM models.
- Coordinate MEP services with Architectural and Structural disciplines.
- Identify and resolve model clashes and coordination issues.
- Participate in BIM coordination and review meetings when required.
- Update BIM models based on design changes, coordination comments, and project requirements.




- Perform quality checks on models and drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance with project standards.
- Assist in model-based quantity take-offs and extraction of project information when required.
- Maintain proper model organization, naming conventions, and project documentation.
- Follow project-specific BIM standards, workflows, and delivery requirements.
- Coordinate with engineers, designers, BIM coordinators, and project teams to ensure timely project delivery.

Required Experience
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in BIM modeling.
- Strong hands-on experience in Electrical, Mechanical/HVAC, or Plumbing BIM modeling.
- Good working knowledge of Autodesk Revit.
- Experience in MEP coordination and clash resolution.
- Ability to understand MEP drawings, layouts, and design information.
- Candidates should be capable of working independently as well as as part of a multidisciplinary BIM team.

Important Location Requirement Candidates must be willing to work on-site at Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
