- Manage BIM implementation and coordination for high-rise luxury residential apartment projects across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.
- Review and manage BIM models to ensure accuracy, compliance with design requirements, and project standards.
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP teams, and contractors to resolve design clashes and discrepancies.
- Conduct clash detection and facilitate coordination meetings to minimize site conflicts and rework.
- Develop and maintain BIM execution plans, modelling standards, workflows, and project-specific BIM protocols.
- Supervise BIM engineers and modellers to ensure timely delivery of coordinated models and drawings.
- Review shop drawings, coordinated layouts, sections, and construction documentation generated from BIM models.
- Monitor model quality, Level of Development (LOD), data accuracy, and compliance with project requirements.
- Coordinate model updates based on design revisions, site conditions, and construction progress.
- Ensure BIM deliverables, as-built models, and digital documentation are completed for project handover.
