BIM Coordinator MEP

Location: Navi Mumbai

Experience: 5+ Years

Work Schedule: 6 Days | Alternate Saturday Off

Job Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and manage MEP BIM projects, with preference for Electrical BIM experience.

- Develop, review, and coordinate BIM models using Revit.

- Coordinate with Architecture, Structure, and other MEP disciplines to resolve clashes and design issues.

- Conduct model reviews, clash detection, and ensure BIM standards and project requirements are followed.

- Coordinate with project teams and support timely project delivery.

- Guide and coordinate BIM Modelers and ensure quality of deliverables.

Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in MEP BIM, preferably Electrical.

- Robust hands-on experience in Revit MEP and BIM coordination.

- Experience in Clash Detection / Navisworks is preferred.

- Good understanding of MEP systems, BIM workflows, and coordination.

- Good communication and team-handling skills.

- Experience in Data Center / International projects will be an added advantage.
