Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented BIM Architect to join our team in Karnataka. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and managing Building Information Models (BIM) up to LOD 300 standards for architectural projects. The role requires collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to ensure accurate and coordinated project deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and manage Architectural BIM models up to LOD 300.
- Create detailed architectural drawings, plans, elevations, sections, and schedules.
- Coordinate with Structural, MEP, and other project stakeholders to ensure clash-free models.
- Maintain BIM standards, templates, and project workflows.
- Conduct quality checks and ensure model accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
- Generate construction documentation and quantity take-offs from BIM models.
- Participate in BIM coordination meetings and resolve design-related issues.
- Support project teams throughout design development and documentation phases.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and BIM workflows.




- Strong understanding of BIM standards and LOD 300 requirements.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, Navisworks, and BIM 360 is preferred.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
