Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced BIM Architect with robust expertise in Revit Architecture, BIM modeling, documentation, and multidisciplinary coordination. You will work on international projects, follow global BIM standards, and deliver high-quality models and construction documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop architectural BIM models and documentation using Revit Architecture

- Create detailed models through Design Development and Construction Documentation stages

- Prepare architectural shop drawings and detailing

- Carry out BIM coordination and clash detection and resolution with MEP and Structural teams

- Perform model quality control and ensure compliance with BIM standards and project BIM Execution Plans (BEP)

- Work to international BIM standards and workflows (such as ISO 19650)

- Coordinate with project managers,



consultants, and clients to meet deadlines and quality requirements

Requirements

- 5+ years of relevant BIM / architectural experience

- Strong proficiency in Revit Architecture

- Good understanding of architectural drawings and construction practices

- Experience on large-scale or international projects

- Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or equivalent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
