- Role: BIM Architect

- Experience: 3+ Years (Mandatory)
- Education: B.Arch / Professional Degree in Architecture (Mandatory)
- Locations: Gurgaon | Delhi | Jaipur | Mohali | Ahmedabad
- Core Tools: Revit & BIM proficiency
- Notice Period: Immediate joiners strongly preferred

? What You’ll Do
- BIM & Technical Documentation: Develop, refine, and review high-detail BIM models, drawings, and project documentation.
- Team Leadership & QA/QC: Lead and mentor a small technical team; conduct rigorous quality reviews to ensure adherence to international standards.




- Project Management & Scheduling: Plan project timelines, track deliverables, and manage zoning and building code compliances.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate with project managers, consultants, contractors, and authorities to clear RFIs and secure project approvals.
- Design & Research: Assist in design presentations, research innovative building materials/systems, and participate in multidisciplinary coordination meetings.

? What We Looking For
- Experience: 3+ years in architectural practice with extensive BIM integration.
- Technical Mastery: Advanced command of Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360, Scan to BIM, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and InDesign. (Rhino or Grasshopper skills are a major bonus).
- Technical Knowledge: Solid foundation in building systems, zoning codes, QA/QC standards, and sustainable design principles (sustainability accreditation is a plus).
- Soft Skills: Clear written/verbal communication, confident presentation skills, and strong multi-tasking abilities.
