We are looking for candidates with hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA Billing and Order to Cash (O2C) operations. The role involves managing billing activities, processing credit and debit notes, resolving billing discrepancies, preparing reports, and coordinating with internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily billing operations and resolve billing-related issues.

- Process credit notes, debit notes, and billing requests accurately.

- Handle billing queries through ticketing tools such as Zendesk or ServiceNow.

- Investigate billing errors and perform billing accuracy checks.

- Prepare and analyze reports using Advanced Excel or Google Sheets.

- Coordinate with Accounting, Tax, Banking, and other internal teams.

- Support financial controls,



including SOX and non-SOX controls.

- Identify process improvement and automation opportunities.
