Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled MIS & Billing Executive with solid Advanced Excel knowledge to manage operational data, billing, collections, and vendor payment tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and Excel dashboards.
- Manage and analyze data using Advanced Excel, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and other formulas.
- Prepare, verify, and track bills and invoices, ensuring timely submission.
- Maintain collection records and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Track vendor bills, payment due dates, approvals, and pending payments.
- Perform data reconciliation, identify discrepancies,



and maintain accurate records.
- Coordinate with Operations and Accounts teams for timely reporting and payments.

Requirements:

- 1–3 years of relevant experience in MIS, billing, or accounts support.
- Expert-level Advanced Excel skills are mandatory.
- Strong analytical, coordination, and follow-up skills with attention to detail.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
