Department: Billing & Warehouse Operations

We are a clothing distributorship in Mumbai, working with various clothing brands for the storage and distribution of their merchandise. We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Billing & Inventory Executive to manage billing, order picking, and day-to-day warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate computerised bills and invoices for customer orders.
- Scan clothing items using a barcode scanner and ensure accurate billing.
- Pick the required garments from designated racks as per the order or invoice.
- Verify product details, sizes, quantities, and barcodes before billing and dispatch.
- Ensure the correct goods are selected and packed for delivery.
- Maintain proper records of billing, stock movement, and dispatched goods.
- Keep clothing racks and stock organised for easy identification and retrieval.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff and the dispatch team to ensure smooth operations.
- Report stock discrepancies, damaged goods,



or billing errors to the supervisor.

Requirements
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with billing software.
- Ability to use barcode scanners and generate invoices.
- Positive attention to detail and accuracy in handling stock and billing.
- Ability to identify clothing items by brand, style, size, and quantity.
- Responsible, punctual, and organised.
- Previous experience in billing, inventory, warehouse operations, or garment distribution will be an advantage. Freshers with basic computer knowledge may also apply.
