Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Billing Executive with 1 year of experience to join our finance team. In this role, you will work closely on all aspects of the billing and invoicing process. As a B.Com graduate, you will leverage your foundational accounting knowledge to ensure accuracy, resolve discrepancies, and maintain seamless financial records.

Key Responsibilities

- Invoicing Management: Generate, verify, and dispatch accurate invoices, credit notes, and billing statements to clients.
- Data Verification: Review purchase orders, contracts, and sales data to ensure billing aligns perfectly with agreed terms.
- Account Reconciliation: Reconcile billing logs with the general ledger and resolve any pricing or structural discrepancies.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, operations,



and finance teams to streamline the billing cycle.
- Record Keeping: Maintain up-to-date and organized physical or digital archives of all financial transactions and receipts.

Qualifications & Skills

- Education: Graduate degree in Commerce (B.Com).
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in a billing, invoicing, or data-entry accounting role.
- Software Knowledge: Basic proficiency in accounting software (like Tally/Busy or ERP systems) and Microsoft Excel.
- Core Competencies: Strong numerical aptitude, sharp attention to detail, and positive time-management skills.
