Job Summary:

The Billing Executive is responsible for preparing accurate bills and invoices, processing customer transactions, maintaining billing records, and coordinating with the Accounts and Sales Departments to ensure smooth and productive billing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and process customer invoices accurately and on time.

- Verify product details, quantities, prices, discounts, and applicable taxes before generating bills.

- Maintain accurate billing records and ensure proper documentation of all transactions.

- Use MS Excel to prepare billing reports, maintain data, and perform basic calculations.

- Coordinate with the Sales and Accounts Departments to resolve billing discrepancies.

- Verify customer details and ensure billing information is accurate and up to date.

- Handle billing-related queries and support timely resolution of customer issues.

- Ensure compliance with company billing procedures and maintain confidentiality of financial information.

- Identify and report billing errors or discrepancies to the concerned department.





- Complete daily billing activities and submit required reports to the reporting manager.

Educational Qualification:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce (B.Com or M.Com).

Experience Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in billing operations.

- Experience in invoice preparation, billing documentation, and transaction processing is preferred.

Required Skills and Competencies:

- Good knowledge of MS Excel and billing software.

- Strong numerical and data-entry accuracy.

- Good attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Ability to manage billing activities within deadlines.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Strong sense of responsibility, discipline, and accountability.

- Ability to identify and resolve billing discrepancies efficiently.
