We are looking for an experienced Billing Executive with hands-on experience in SAP or ERP software and knowledge of GDN and GRN processes.

Job Responsibilities:

- Prepare and process invoices and billing documents.
- Handle GDN (Goods Delivery Note) and GRN (Goods Receipt Note).
- Maintain accurate records of sales, purchases, stock movements, and billing transactions.
- Work on SAP or ERP software for daily billing and documentation.
- Coordinate with the sales, warehouse, and accounts departments.
- Ensure accuracy of data entry and maintain proper documentation.





Requirements:

- Previous experience as a Billing Executive or in a similar role.
- Hands-on experience in SAP or ERP software is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of GDN and GRN procedures.
- Solid attention to detail and basic computer skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills

Experience : 2 to 5 years

Qualification: Any degree.
