We are hiring Civil Billing Engineers for an industrial client at a site in Gadchiroli district, approximately 160 km from Gadchiroli city. If you are ready to relocate to above location then only apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Represent the client at site and manage PMC oversight of all project billing activities, including review, certification, and approval of contractor RA and final bills.

- Ensure accurate measurement and verification of quantities executed at site as per approved drawings, BOQs, and contractual requirements.

- Monitor contractor billing progress and ensure timely processing of invoices and payment recommendations.

- Review and validate rate analyses, variation orders, extra items, and change requests.

- Oversee quantity reconciliation for civil, structural, and infrastructure works.

- Coordinate with site teams, contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders for billing-related matters.

- Prepare and review material reconciliation statements and consumption reports.

- Monitor project costs and support budget tracking and cost-control initiatives.





- Maintain records of certified quantities, bills, claims, and contractual correspondences.

- Evaluate contractor claims and provide recommendations in accordance with contractual provisions.

- Develop periodic commercial and billing MIS reports for project leadership.

- Ensure compliance with project procedures, quality standards, contractual obligations, and audit requirements.

- Support project close-out activities, including final account settlement and contract closure.

Preferred Skills

- Solid expertise in contractor billing, quantity surveying, and cost control.

- Thorough understanding of civil construction methodologies and project execution.

- Strong knowledge of contract management, BOQs, tender documents, and commercial practices.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project management/ERP software.

- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and contractual documents.

- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
