Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering

Key Responsibilities
- Client Billing: Prepare, review, and submit Running Account (RA) bills and final bills as per contractual terms, approved BOQs, and project progress.
- Subcontractor Billing: Verify subcontractor bills against actual site measurements, work orders, BOQs, and agreed rates before processing.
- Quantity Estimation: Prepare quantity take-offs from construction drawings and calculate quantities of executed work.
- Measurement Verification: Coordinate with site engineers and project teams to verify measurements and ensure billing accuracy.
- Quantity Reconciliation: Reconcile executed quantities, materials consumed, and billed quantities to identify discrepancies and avoid excess billing.
- Rate Analysis & Variations: Prepare rate analysis for extra items, deviations, and additional works, ensuring proper documentation and approval.
- Documentation & Records: Maintain measurement sheets, billing registers, reconciliation statements, and supporting documents.
- Coordination & Follow-up: Liaise with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Consultants, Clients, and Commercial Teams for bill certification and timely payment processing.
- Cost Control: Monitor project quantities and assist in tracking costs against approved BOQs and budgets.
Required Skills
- Robust knowledge of civil construction billing, BOQ, quantity surveying, and rate analysis.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD.
- Good analytical, documentation, and coordination skills.
- Experience in residential, commercial, or infrastructure construction projects.
