Roles &

• Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed estimates, BOQs and quantity take-offs for civil works.
- Prepare and verify client/contractor bills and RA bills.
- Conduct rate analysis and cost estimation.




- Check site measurements and ensure accurate billing.
- Prepare tender documents, quotations and comparative statements.
- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, vendors and clients.
- Track project quantities, material consumption and costs.
- Maintain proper documentation of measurements, bills and work orders.

Candidate Profile

- Strong knowledge of Civil Construction Billing &

• Estimation

- Valuable command of MS Excel and AutoCAD
- Knowledge of BOQ, BBS, Rate Analysis and Quantity Surveying
- Good analytical and communication skills
- Experience in commercial/residential/industrial civil projects preferred.
